The South Korean tech manufacturer, LG, has also done a pretty good job in making sure the car packs optimum performance on the road. The company is responsible for the development of the car's battery pack, power inverter module, electric drive motor onboard charger, accessory power module, power line communication module and high-power distribution module.
Meanwhile, the engine of the 2017 Chevy Bolt has a total of 266 lb-ft of torque and 200 horsepower. It should be enough to give anybody a comfortable ride on the high-way.
According to Josh Tavel, the 2017 Chevrolet Bolt chief engineer, the less combustion car is purely battery-operated. Interested buyers can charge the vehicle at home or at their office for 25 miles per hour.
Reports say that the 2017 Chevy Bolt might be available later this year for $37,500.
