'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' season 4 winter finale poilers: Ghost Rider teams up with S.H.I.E.L.D. to save people of Los Angeles
The Ghost Rider and S.H.I.E.L.D. are forced to team up in order to take down a huge threat in the upcoming winter finale of ABC's hit series "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 4.
Titled "The Laws of Inferno Dynamics," the show's 8th episode will center on the agents banding together with the Spirit of Vengeance. According to the official synopsis, S.H.I.E.L.D. and Ghost Rider find themselves become unlikely allies when the lives of all people living in Los Angeles hang in the balance. To save the whole city, they must work together and put aside their differences.
"Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." returns from its brief hiatus next Tuesday with a new episode titled "Deals with Our Devils." In the second promo released by ABC, viewers get a glimpse of the mysterious Inhuman character who is clearly being set up as a significant player in the back half of the program's fourth season. The promo clip gives fans an insight on how he will be re-introduced to the story.
It was already established in a previous episode that the said individual is actually the brother of Senator Rota Nadeer (Parminder Nagra), who is known to hate Inhumans. Although he is not identified as such in the video, it is obvious that S.H.I.E.L.D. knows more about his backstory than Simmons does. As fans can recall, he's been undergoing a process called Terragenesis "gestation" for seven months now. This is certainly a lot longer compared to what viewers have seen other Inhuman characters on the series cocooned for.
On another note, recent reports suggest that the upcoming episodes will introduce the Inhuman superhero Dinesh Deol, also known as "Grid." Comic Book Movie points out that the character might be played by actor Manish Dayal, who was also mentioned in the episode's cast lineup. Credited simply as "Man," Dayal is rumored to play a more important role instead of just a random part.
"Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 4 airs every Tuesday night at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
