'Arrow' Season 3 Episode 7 Spoilers: Serial Killer Out to Get The Arrow's Attention

"Creepy" isn't a word that you would usually associate with a TV show that goes back and forth between being a crime, action, and adventure series, or even all of it at the same time in some episodes. But when a crazed serial killer is added to the mix of characters in "Arrow" Season 3 Episode 7 entitled "Draw Back Your Bow," then it is close to impossible not to think of any other adjective aside from "creepy."

Although "Draw Back Your Bow" is yet to air (Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2014 over CW), here are some spoilers to keep the wait bearable.

"Arrow" Season 3 Episode 7 is written by Erik Oleson and Keto Shimizu, and directed by Peter Leto. Aside from the regular cast, the following guest stars will essay roles that are important to the storyline: Nick Tarabay as Captain Boomerang/Digger Harkness), Austin Butler as Chase, and Amy Gumenick as Cupid.

In "Draw Back Your Bow," Oliver (Stephen Amell) has to deal with Carrie Cutter (guest star Amy Gumenick), a serial killer who is obsessed with the Arrow.

Cutter is very sure that she and The Arrow are meant by fate to be together. If being crazy could be graded, this serial killer really gets a high score. Cutter is very desperate to attract the attention of The Arrow.

However, instead of doing the standard or regular way, Cutter goes for shock tactics. She kills people in the hopes of catching the interest of The Arrow.

In a different setting, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) is asked by Ray (Brandon Routh) to be his date companion. But it won't be a totally romantic move; it's for a work dinner with some of Ray's VIP clients. Well, even though the situation may not be romantic, at least it's better than having to deal with a crazed serial killer.
