In a recent trailer for the game "Batman Arkham Knight," it was revealed that Batman is finally doing away with his "no gun" rule and will now use a gun to subdue his gun-wielding foes. The Batman gun has been dubbed The Disruptor.

The revelation followed an announcement from WB Games that it will release a special collector's edition of the game titled "The Serious Edition."

The inclusion of the gun in Batman's arsenal of gadgets came in the "All Who Follow You" trailer. It revealed that The Disruptor will come with three charges for each engagement. With the gun's limited firepower, Batman will have to use it sparingly. Even before any combat with the enemy kicks off, the weapon can be used to jam other guns, giving Batman the ability to launch the first strike. If Batman decides to use two charges on it during the Predator Scenarios, he will get the ability to cause the explosion of the guns wielded by his enemies.

The Disruptor can also be used to deliver electric shocks and tag vehicles so that Batman can track them. The weapon also comes with a scope which can be used to observe locations from afar. According to WB Games, the scope will allow Batman to assess situations with "pinpoint accuracy."

The weapon can be upgraded. Players will be given an extensive list of options, including a high level upgrade. This will give Batman the ability to hack the turret on Drone Tanks being used by the Arkham Knight. Once hacked, the turret on the tank will backfire and self-destruct when it is fired at Batman.

As for "The Serious Edition" of the game, it was revealed on Amazon as the "Comic Bundle" with a $70 price tag, including the main game. Added to this is a skin titled "Batman First Appearance." What makes the edition stand out is the inclusion of the graphic novel titled "Arkham Asylum: A serious House on Serious Earth."

The comic first appeared in 1989. Its 25th anniversary version is included in the "The Serious Edition."

The game's full DLC is not yet included in this edition since the DLC is incorporated in the $40 season pass for the game.
