Batman vs Superman Dawn of Justice Release Date, Cast News: First Glimpse Of Lex Luthor

Details pertaining to the film "Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice" have been securely locked away within Warner Bros for so long. However, in an attempt to offer some glimpses of the new movie to the public, the studio recently released an image of villain Lex Luthor who is played by (Jesse Eisenberg) in the film.

There wasn't any surprise about Eisenberg playing the part, but the details about his character are important as it shows that the film will try to portray him in a different light. However, there were similarities with the various Luthor's shown in films over the years; the villain played by Eisenberg is also bald.

Commenting about the character of Luthor, "Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice" director Zack Snyder stated that he would be different from "Any of the Lexes that you've seen, that's for sure, but he is a captain of industry, one person to the world and another person to himself and is also bald."

Snyder also added that Luthor in the film would be "disarming and not fake and he would say what's on his mind".

This reveal about Luthor will no doubt get fans excited about the film, but there is still no official news about its trailer.

Unofficially rumors abound that the upcoming film "Mad Max: Fury Road" when it releases in May will bring a trailer for "Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice".

Otherwise, very little official news from the film seems forthcoming with the exception of Synder previously hinting that Aquaman played by Jason Momoa will make an appearance in it and this will help tie it to future Justice league films. However, all rumors indicate that Aquaman's role will be very limited in the film and instead the main focus will remain on Superman (Henry Cavill), Batman (Ben Affleck) and Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot).
