'Blindspot' season 2 episode 12 spoilers: Roman to embark on an undercover mission with a dangerous biker gang
The team goes undercover on the upcoming episode of NBC's action drama "Blindspot" season 2.
Titled "Devil Never Even Lived," this week's episode will center on the team's search for a dangerous biker gang. According to the official synopsis, Kurt Weller's (Sullivan Stapleton) team is forced to decide whether Roman (Luke Mitchell) should be the one sent out on the field for an undercover mission or not. It turns out that an unusual tattoo leads back to Jane's (Jaimie Alexander) brother, so they will send him to go undercover with a dangerous biker gang.
NBC recently released a new teaser for episode 12, and it shows Jane being told that Roman is not supposed to be trusted because he is a dangerous criminal. Roman is currently in isolation, but the team is forced to release him because he could be the key to stopping a dangerous attack.
The promo clip features Jane asking Kurt and Nas (Archie Panjabi) to let Roman go. Despite being hesitant at first, Kurt and Nas eventually agree to send Jane's brother on an undercover mission. As seen in the teaser, Roman being released for a mission will only make things worse. An unidentified man points a gun at Nas and Kurt, and it looks like Roman is ready to kill again. Although Jane tries to stop Roman from pulling the trigger, a gunshot is still heard in the background.
Back in episode 11, it was revealed that one of the tattoos discovered had a direct connection to Roman. Spoiler reports note that his mission might be more complicated than it seems because he still doesn't have all of his memories back. He also ran away from Jane during the last time she trusted him. When the team found him, Roman began recalling the most painful memories from his childhood. One memory was about him killing his pet rabbit, while another memory was when he became physically violent and hurt a kid at the orphanage.
The second season of "Blindspot" airs every Wednesday night at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
