'Brooklyn Nine-Nine' season 4 episode 9 spoilers: Jake and Holt help Captain Jason solve a case
As always, Fox's police sitcom TV show "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" takes its viewers for another wild and hilarious ride in the ninth episode of its season 4 titled "The Overmining."
According to the synopsis of season 4 episode 9, Captain Jason "CJ" Stentley (guest star Ken Marino) will be having major problems with a big case, and Jake (Andy Samberg) and Captain Holt (Andre Braugher) will take on the challenge of helping out CJ to solve it.
Taking on difficult and almost unsolvable cases is nothing new to Jake's character. Last season, he helped Terry solve a cold case the sergeant wasn't able to crack back when he was assigned to a different precinct. In a recent episode, he even helped Mr. Santiago, the father of his girlfriend, Amy (Melissa Fumero), solve one of his old cases.
Inside the precinct, a war will break out between Terry (Terry Crews) and Gina (Chelsea Peretti) because of the sergeant's enforcement of a green initiative. This effort will be met with violent reactions from the squad. Terry will ask Gina to give up her space heater.
Gina is notorious in the Nine-Nine precinct for being a master manipulator who is not above pulling petty and deceitful tricks to get what she wants. Fans who know the character well expects her not to give in to the sergeant's demands so easily, and she will probably go to great lengths to bend Terry to her will.
Meanwhile, Rosa (Joe Lo Truglio) and Boyle (Stephanie Beatriz) will take a break from the night shift and visit a foot massage parlor in order to get some much-needed pampering. And according to Citizen Oracle, this situation will most likely give them an opportunity to talk and bond, which is something they have not done as much for quite some time.
Episode 9 of the fourth season of "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" will air on Tuesday, Dec. 6, at 8 p.m. EST on Fox.
