'Call of Duty: Black Ops 3' DLC release date news 2016: New DLC could come out late this month or early July?
It was a disappointing Electronic Entertainment Expo or E3 2016 for many "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" fans as game publisher Activision has failed to launch another DLC update during the event. Several fans of the game anticipated the announcement of a new expansion pack at E3; however, the company decided to skip the new update and shifted their focus to other games.
Ever since the current installment of the series came out in 2015, players and critics were quick to criticize the game because of its lack of post-release content. Nonetheless, the company presented a short gameplay trailer for the "Call of Duty" series at E3; however, it clearly did not excite the fans as they expected Activision to launch a new downloadable content.
Prior to the E3 event, details about the upcoming DLCs for "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" have already been leaked online, along with its release date, new features, and expected improvements.
According to a report by Video Games Blogger, the DLC Map Pack for PS4 was supposed to be released right after the annual E3 event; however, it was delayed due to the same occasion. Activision has yet to provide significant details with regard to its upcoming release. Many fans are hoping that the company will decide to release the expansion pack before the month of June ends.
In a report by Gotta Be Mobile, the "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" DLC 3 might be released late this month or early July. As of the moment, both Activision and game developer Treyarch could not provide specific details with regard to the date of release.
