Chris Brown on Rihanna, Leonardo Dicaprio Dating: 'Hey, Do Your Thing; Good Game'
In a recent radio interview, Chris Brown was asked about his views on rumors that his former girlfriend Rihanna is dating Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio.
Surprisingly, Brown said it's fine with him that Rihanna has found a new partner. "I respect her enough to respect her privacy and her space, because I can't believe everything I hear in the news. But what I see, I'll be like, 'OK cool, there might be something else going on,'" Brown said.
"I'm gonna have to give her that, because you know what? Ain't nowhere else you coulda went though. High five," he added. "You can only go up, and that's the upper, upper echelon... I'm not even a hater. I'll give you a slap on the back, booty, everything, 'Hey, do your thing. Good game.'
"In that situation, I just tip my hat. I'm not a hater. I'm not envious, I don't feel jealous. Do your thing. I can't have it all, brotha," Brown said.
News got out that Rihanna and DiCaprio had spent cozy times together during her 27th birthday celebration over the weekend. They were seen kissing, touching and dancing together, sources said. One source said they were just having fun and there is nothing serious going.
The pair was first linked last January when they were seen flirting at a friend's birthday party at the Playboy mansion. They were spotted together again in another birthday party for musician Caleb Followill of Kings of Leon.
Rihanna 27, used to be the girlfriend of Brown, 25. They met in 2005 and were together as teenagers before Brown's much-publicized attack on Rihanna in 2009 which left her face beaten and bruised. Her fans were in agreement that they were not a good match and were thankful when the pair separated. However, they were back together in early 2013.
They then went their separate ways, again, and got involved with different people. Rihanna hooked up with Drake, who is Brown's frenemy, while Brown got attached to Karrueche Tran.
In a shocking interview recently, Brown confessed, nay boasted, of actually having sexual relations with both women at the same time, without the knowledge of both women, of course.
Brown, in the same interview, did not express any qualms about having a child. However, he expressed abhorrence to getting married, saying that in this generation, marriage just doesn't work the same as it did with the older generation.
