"Dance Moms" star and choreographer Abby Lee Miller isn't sleeping behind bars just yet. Despite the fraud charges for alleged money laundering filed against her, Miller will be roaming the streets free for awhile due to court conflicts.

According to reports, the dance teacher will be facing court next year instead of the original scheduled date on Oct. 22.

"Due to a scheduling conflict, government counsel is unavailable on that date," court papers read. "The court has advised that Friday, January 20, 2017 is an available date for the court to sentence the defendant," it continued.

It's said that the court is now just waiting for Judge Joy Flowers Conti to approve the order. The delay basically gives Miller more time before she serves her punishment, which is 30 months in prison. Reports said that Miller had already booked 10 vacations including Las Vegas, Nevada, Mexico, Tijuana and more.

This could also mean that Miller will have more time for her reality show. "Dance Moms" season 6 will return next week with a new episode titled "Two Teams, Two Studios Part 1."

It's still going to be packed with intense drama though spoilers suggested that ALDC elite dancers will leave Miller's team. Kendall Vertes, Kalani Hilliker, Nia Frazier and Brynn Rumfallo will reportedly move to Erin Babb's studio. This could mean that Miller's junior elite team will be dissolved.

The promo video for the upcoming episode teased that the junior elite team will be training together with Babbs, who is actually one of Miller's biggest rivals. Aside from that, the moms of the dancers also posted photos of their daughters training with Babbs. One of the captions even read, "new beginnings," which could mean that the team has really left. Meanwhile, the minis team are still training with Miller for the upcoming Sheer Talent contest.

"Dance Moms" season 6 airs every Tuesday at 9 p.m. EDT on Lifetime network.
