There are new reports circulating online that "Dance Moms" will be canceled as Abby Lee Miller continues to deal with her legal woes, but this may not be the case.

While Miller is on the verge of facing jail time following bankruptcy fraud charges, the show was renewed for season 7. The dance instructor herself even recruited new talents for the show.

In fact, filming for "Dance Moms" season 7 has already begun. The Abby Lee Dance Company or ALDC even took part in their first competition to be featured in the new season with Miller present.

She even broke the news about the production on Instagram by posting a photo of a sign that reads "EP 701." This suggests that Miller's court problems might not have a direct effect on her involvement with the show and its fate as a whole.

After all, when she was found guilty on the charges, her lawyers were hard at work making sure to shorten the possible jail time that came with the verdict.

However, things took a turn for the worse as Miller's Mini Team was sent home by the production company in the middle of the filming. The reality star herself broke the news via social media.

"The network/production co sent the ALDC Minis home today. I'm sick over it!" the dance coach complained on Instagram.

"They are talented first [and] foremost, but also respectful, hard working, dedicated, and a joy for our entire faculty to work with! I'm sure in time the world would've come to know and love them just like all of you did with a different bunch of little girls I introduced to you 5 years ago!!!" she went on to say.

There's no clear explanation as to why the group was sent home during the "Dance Moms" season filming, but it reportedly has something to do with the return of the Candy Apples coached by Miller's rival Cathy Nesbitt-Stein.

"Dance Moms" season 7 is set to premiere 2017.
