'Dance Moms' season 7 episode 7 spoilers: Nia gets all the pressure for ALDC's return in Fresno

"Dance Moms" season 7 promo still featuring the ALDC | Lifetime

The Abby Lee Dance Company (ALDC) will be back in Fresno, California in the next episode of "Dance Moms" season 7 to do one thing — break their losing streak there.

This is why "Dance Moms" season 7, episode 7 is titled "The Fresno Curse." Dance coach Abby Lee Miller puts the pressure on Nia Sioux in getting their first victory there.

The group routine, "Good Help is Hard to Find," will be based on the movie, "The Help," which explores the racism that black maids went through during the Civil War era when working with white families.

Nia's mother admits it is a sensitive topic to tackle. However, it looks like the ALDC will pull it off and it might just be the performance that will give them a fresh start in Fresno.

One thing to note in "Dance Moms" season 7, episode 7 is that Daviana Fletcher was brought back in to join Nia, Brynn Rumfallo, Camryn Bridges, Kalani Hilliker and Kendall Vertes in this group dance.

"Dance Moms" season 7, episode 7 will also see three duets. Brynn and Camryn will team up for a Jazz performance titled "Snap That" while Hilliker and Vertes will do a Speciality dance, "Tango Para Tres."

Elliana Walmsley and newcomer Maesi Caes will join forces for an Acrobatic routine, "The Invaders," and as per the "Dance Moms" season 7, episode 7 promo, this pairing had the moms bickering.

It looks like Maesi's mother Jaime is yet to win the other moms over as well as Abby herself. With their daughters going head to head in this category, things become chaotic at rehearsals.

As for the competition results in "Dance Moms" season 7, episode 7, the group dance wins first place in the Teen Division and Overall.

Brynn and Camryn top the Teen Division duet with Hilliker and Vertes behind them. Elliana and Maesi landed second place in the Junior Division.

"Dance Moms" season 7, episode 7, "The Fresno Curse" airs Tuesday, Jan. 11, at 9 p.m. ET on Lifetime.
