'Dancing With The Stars' Season 20 Elimination, Results Recap: Redfoo and Emma First Duo to Exit Show

Drama galore on the dance floor wowed viewers during the second episode of the 20th season of "Dancing with the Stars" last Monday at 8/7c on ABC. In the first elimination round of the competition, Redfoo and Emma Slater became the first celebrity couple to leave the show after receiving the lowest score.

First on the dance floor during the jam session was Chris Soules partnered with Witney Carson. They earned 21 points for their cha-cha which was deemed lacking in technique. This was expected as the duo had less time to practice compared to the other pairs.

Next up was Suzanne Somers and Tony Dovolani. The pair managed to pull off a decent jive which earned them 28 points.

Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson followed with a foxtrot and they managed to get 28 points as well from the judges who deemed their performance "cute."

Charlotte McKinney and Keo Motsepe then took to the stage. She showed in their cha-cha that she had improved tremendously since last week. The judges labeled the performance as cheeky and awarded them 26 points.

Michael Sam and Peta Murgatroyd then performed a foxtrot and they got 28 points as the judges seemed impressed by their performance.

Rumer Willis and Val Chermkovskiy then performed a cha-cha, proving once again that they are among the top contenders as they earned 32 points. The judges complimented Rumer's leg work, calling it "sharp and quick" and described her as a woman on a "mission."

Then came Redfoo and Emma Slater who performed a jive which at the beginning was weak but picked up in tempo towards the end. They earned 31 points.

Willow Shields and Mark Ballas then tangoed on the dance floor, impressing the judges with their maturity and intensity. They got 32 points.

Noah Galloway and Sharna Burgess were up next. They got 27 points as Noah impressed the judges with the "rhythm in his hips."

Nastia Liukin and Derek Hough then wowed the judges and the audience with as they danced the rumba which the judges described as "marvellous." They earned 34 points – the highest score for the night.

Then Riker Lynch and Allison Holker performed the foxtrot and earned 32 points. The judges were impressed with his style in spite of his hair getting into his eyes.

The last pair was Patti LaBelle and Artem Chigvintsev who performed the salsa. The do managed to get 28 points even though Patti's knee was injured.

At the end of the episode, Charlotte and Keo, Redfoo and Emma, Suzanne and Tony, and Chris and Witney were named candidates for elimination. When the results came in, Redfoo and Emma became the first couple to leave.
