'Dark Souls 3' DLC release date, news, update: 2 DLCs slated for release until 2017; First expansion to be released this August?

It seems that the gamers can still expect more contents coming up for the fantasy action-adventure video game, "Dark Souls 3." It was recently confirmed by From Software, the game developer company of the hit role-playing game (RPG), that "Dark Souls 3" will feature two more expansion packs until the early months of 2017.

From Software president and game designer Hidetaka Miyazaki recently revealed that he and his team are currently working on the next batch of DLCs. iTech Post reported that the first of the two DLC packs is expected to be released this Fall. The second expansion is slated for launching during the first part of 2017. This good news made a lot of "Dark Souls 3" players delighted as the game's universe continues to grow. With the upcoming downloadable contents, there will be more additional story arcs, armor and players upgrades, plus a bunch of new creatures to make the gameplay more thrilling.

Going back to the first DLC pack scheduled this year for "Dark Souls 3," the rumors are rife that the fans may not have to wait longer to have the latest expansion. Parent Herald reported that instead of a Fall release, the DLC may become available as early as this month. There are speculations in the past that the first DLC will be released in September, but it can be re-scheduled by a month earlier and have the additional contents this August.

Moreover, the online publication reported that From Software is planning to introduce multiple endings for the epic fantasy video game. In an interview, Miyazaki did not answer directly if "Dark Souls 3" will only feature a single ending for its story, although he did confirm that he already has a possible ending in his head. There are actually four endings that he has thought of, but he may choose only one to present as the grand conclusion of the video game.
