'Dragon Ball Super' spoilers: Hit returns to kill Goku in new arc; 'Dr. Slump' crossover teased
"Dragon Ball Super" will begin a new arc this week that will bring back the legendary assassin of Universe 6, Hit as he goes after Goku at the request of an unidentified individual.
An artwork featuring Goku and an ominous-looking Hit behind him was shown in the latest issue of the Shuiesha V-Jump Magazine along with the titles of the episodes for the new arc.
"Dragon Ball Super" episode 68, which will air on Nov. 27, is titled "Come Forth, Shenlong! Whose Wish Shall Be Granted?!"
Details about this episode so far show no sign of the strongest assassin's presence as it appears to focus on Goku collecting the dragon ball to wish for Kaio's resurrection.
The promo for "Dragon Ball Super" episode 68 shows that everyone else also has wishes they want to be granted by Shenlong, which will lead to a conflict.
"Dragon Ball Super" episode 69 is titled "Goku vs. Arale! The Earth Comes to an End Due to their Battle?" Arale is the protagonist of the "Dr. Slump" manga series created by "Dragon Ball" creator Akira Toriyama.
According to a leaked description, Goku will be a part-time security guard at the World Invention Award where Arale's creator Senbei Norimaki will showcase his inventions.
Unhappy that he was not invited to the event, Dr. Mishirito, who is one of the villains from "Dr. Slump," will wreak havoc there with Arale and Gatchan taking his side.
"Dragon Ball Super" episode 70 will be titled "Challenge from Champa! Let's fight in baseball!" No information has been provided about it.
Last but not the least is "Dragon Ball Super" episode 71, "Goku dies! Assassination order that must be performed." This episode will likely show Hit on the move and that he might actually pull off his task.
These episodes will air every Sunday starting Nov. 27 on Fuji TV.
