'Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2' release date, news: Character creation features fives races
There are just a few more days left until "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" will officially hit gaming consoles and the PC. The game is expected to double the fun and thrill that its predecessor had so fans are already excited to grab the title.
Reports said the game will be giving its players a whole new character creation experience. It will be more in-depth now and gamers will be provided with more options to choose from.
Siliconera divulged their experience in creating a character during the closed beta. It said that the character customization feature will have gamers developing a character for an hour.
There are going to be five races available which include Earthling, Frieza race, Majin, Namekian and Saiyan. As detailed in the site, the Earthling race is best for beginners. It instantly provides regeneration of the Ki and gamers who choose this race get an increase in their attack power. For male characters, it is said to possess stronger Super Strike Attacks while female characters will be given better Ki Blast Super Attacks.
For those who would like to get some speed with Stamina increasing while attacking, they can pick the Frieza race. The downside of this race though is that it has low health and movement speed.
Next in line is the Majin race which is the best choice when it comes to defense. The players' advantage is that their stamina gets higher when they are at max level. However, the stamina recovery is slow. Female characters have low health and shorter breaks while male characters have higher health and defense.
Players can also opt for the Saiyan race which is a favorite among many. Characters come with high attack rating. They can also expect the character to revive when they faint. The last choice is the Namekian race and this is for those who prefer the use of stamina. Health can also regenerate whenever it gets low.
"Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" will arrive on Oct. 25 in the U.S. for the PS4, Xbox One and PC.
