Fans of the "Dragon Ball" franchise are eagerly awaiting as the release of "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" is closing in.
To help boost the hype for the upcoming game, its publisher Bandai Namco has recently revealed new pieces of information that should be most welcome to the expectant fans.
According to IGN, there will be two separate releases for the game, as PlayStation 4 and Xbox One users can get the game on Oct. 25, while PC users will have the game on Steam three days later.
IGN also revealed something very exciting about the game, as it was announced that the game will have a collaboration with Grammy nominee and world-renowned musician and DJ, Steve Aoki.
Aoki will play a big part in the game's musical scoring, as he is set to make remixes to some of "Dragon Ball's" popular songs like "We Gotta Power" and "Cha-La Head Cha-La."
Aoki revealed his happiness for being part of the project, sharing that he is a huge fan of the franchise, according to Comic Book.
"Having grown up with 'Dragon Ball', I jumped at the cast to contribute my talents and leave my personal impact on the series," Aoki said.
Furthermore, Aoki will be an unplayable character in the game, as revealed by IGN. He will be located within the game and the users can interact with him.
Fans will also be glad to know that "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" aims to blend together characters from the various storylines of the franchise.
Aside from this, players will also be able to play the characters from the entire series. That means that movie-only characters will be available and popular cartoon heroes like Piccolo and different versions of Goku will also be playable.
