Duggar Family '19 Kids and Counting' News: Jill and Derick Dillard Baby Expected

Jill Duggar Dillard's first child is due this Easter Sunday, April 5, after the original due date of March 24 passed by without the little baby's appearance.

Jill, 23, is sharing photos of her huge baby bump and posting that they are eagerly anticipating the baby's arrival anytime now, though husband Derick, 26, has mentioned that they might surely have an Easter Baby, if the second and revised due date is followed. Jill is currently at 41 weeks and counting!

"The birth of our son is near," Derick shared on the Dillard family website on Friday. "I can't even describe right now the anticipation I am feeling, as I am about to get to meet my firstborn son for the first time face to face."

Instead of taking it easy, like most expectant mothers close to their due dates do, Jill is actually quite active – volunteering, going out on dates with her husband and sharing photos of every development.

At a lunch date with Derick, Jill posted an Instagram pic joking that maybe the "spicy Mexican food will make the baby come!"

Jill is not worried of the late arrival of the baby, calling it "no big deal," to PEOPLE. "The baby will come when the baby comes."

Speculations have been flying around as to when really the baby—lovingly called "Baby Dilly"—will be born. A biblical post shared by Derick on social media caused a frenzy as people were thinking maybe it meant Jill had already gone into labor (Jill had been experiencing Braxton Hicks contractions) or that she had already given birth. Another group of speculations indicated that the biblical quote from the Book of Isaiah meant that "Isaiah" might be Baby Dilly's name.

Currently in its ninth season, "19 Kids and Counting" will feature a special on Jill's highly anticipated delivery next month. TLC recently confirmed the two-hour episode will include her mom Michelle Duggar's best parenting advice as the family celebrates the arrival of the baby.
