Eminem new album 2016 news, update: Rapper to release track titled 'Campaign Speech'
The year is almost coming to an end but fans are still waiting for the day that they will get to hear a new song from rap king Eminem. Lucky for them, they will be getting what they want soon.
According to reports, the 44-year-old hip hop recording artist announced that he will be dropping a new album soon. He revealed the news via his Twitter account and said, "Don't worry I'm working on an album!"
His tweet came along with a track titled "Campaign Speech," which is reported to be a discussion of Donald Trump, police violence and other issues plaguing America today, including the entertainment industry and the Black Lives Matter movement.
Eminem is also heard in the track calling the President of the United States nominee a "loose cannon" and it is said to pertain to some of his disputed actions.
This track basically hinted that Eminem's new album will be packed with tracks that address some of the important issues and topics in today's society. But other than that, the "Cleanin' Out My Closet" singer did not reveal much about what he has been working on.
Rumor has it though that he could be collaborating with some top artists like Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre. He could also be teaming up with fellow rapper and songwriter Juicy J.
Since anything can happen in the music industry today, there are rumors swirling around saying that award-winning Broadway singer and "Hamilton" creator Lin Manuel Miranda could be collaborating with Eminem.
As of now, nothing is really certain and most of the information revealed are merely speculations and rumors. There's also no word on when exactly Eminem's follow-up album to 2015's "The Marshall Mathers LP2" will come out. Avid fans of the rapper will have to keep watch for updates to find out more information.
