'Fallout 4' DLC release date updates and news: 3 new DLCs announced at E3
"Fallout 4" fans now have something to look forward to after game developer and publisher Bethesda revealed that the fourth installment of the action role-playing video game will receive three new downloadable contents soon. There have been several speculations regarding the upcoming "Nuka World" DLC for the last couple of months and the revelation from the company confirms the rumor.
The announcement came from the company during the recent Electronic Entertainment Expo or E3 2016. Bethesda has been so focused on making sure that the game gets the much-needed expansion for the fans. Players will certainly enjoy "Contraptions," "Vault-Tec Workshop," and "Nuka World" once they hit the market starting next week until August.
According to a report by IGN, "Nuka World" will feature a new location for gamers to travel to. It is also quite similar to the recent "Far Harbor" expansion, which was considered by the game developer as a success. The "Nuka World" will also introduce new quest to complete. According to the publication, players will be allowed to explore the vast land of the new region where they will get so much action at the Nuka-cola theme park ruins. The upcoming DLC is said to be the last one for the title.
In a report by Polygon, the fourth expansion of the game called "Contraptions" will be rolled out next week. The news site added that gamers will be given the chance to build devices such as conveyor belts, armor and weapon racks, elevators and sorting machines. Certainly there are many features included in the new expansion and Bethesda is hoping that they have done enough to meet the expectations of the players.
The DLCs was previously announced to be sold at $29.88; however, Bethesda changed the price during the recent announcement to $49.99. Season pass holders of the game will enjoy all these add-ons once they are available in the market.
