'Fallout 4' DLC update: PS4 Pro patch update expected; PS4 mods to arrive soon?

Bethesda continues to provide new and exciting contents to their hit first person shooter video game, "Fallout 4." The latest DLC pack for the game, "Nuka World," was released a few months ago, offering more weapons, map locations, and quests for the players to check out and enjoy. "Nuka World" might be reported as the last expansion pack from Bethesda for "Fallout 4," but the fans can expect more things to come in the following weeks.

"Fallout 4" players who are using the Xbox One console have been enjoying the latest mods for the game with a patch update released a few months ago. However, the mods for the PlayStation 4 console have yet to arrive. PS4 users have been patiently waiting for the said patch to roll out, and fortunately, it is getting more likely that the PS4 mods will be released very soon. As announced on Bethesda's official website, the game studio revealed that they are now working on the "Fallout 4" modes for Sony's console.

However, Bethesda might first release the PS4 mods for their other video game, "Skyrim: Remastered Edition," before "Fallout 4." Nevertheless, with the PS4 mods' confirmed arrival in the near future, the PS4 users can now have their sigh of relief as the previous delays led some players to think that the mods will not make it to the PS4 console. The PS4 mods for "Fallout 4" was supposed to be available by the end of June, but issues regarding sound file support and the limited 900MB storage postponed the mods release indefinitely, Yibada reported.

On the other hand, Bethesda also revealed their plans to release a patch update in the future in which "Fallout 4" can be ported on the upgraded Sony home console, PlayStation 4 Pro. One of the primary features of the PS4 Pro is the full 4K resolution, requiring today's huge game titles to have a patch update to support this feature, according to iTech Post.
