'Game of Thrones' season 7 trailer, spoilers, news: HBO releases first trailer; Stark reunion underway?

The old gods and the new have blessed fans of HBO's TV adaptation "Game of Thrones" with its first official trailer for season 7.

Although the clip showed revealed very little detail about the upcoming season, it gave fans a glimpse of what's in store for season 7 when it premieres this 2017. The trailer showed clips of the Stark siblings—Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner), Arya Stark (Maisie Williams), and Jon Snow (Kit Harington).

In the trailer, Arya can be seen wearing better clothes and she was on horseback. Perhaps the previous rumors about a Stark reunion were true. Perhaps Arya will soon be reunited with her siblings after how many seasons. Since HBO released the clip, fans have been pretty certain that the season will have ample focus on House Stark and that it will showcase the revival of the clan. On the other hand, one Stark member wasn't seen in the clip. Bran's fate (Isaac Hempstead Wright) was not teased in the trailer for the upcoming season.

Furthermore, the cast and crew of "Game of Thrones" have once again been spotted filming for the forthcoming season. El Periodica Extremadura teased a photo of a set in Barrueco de Arriba, Spain. It showed the Dothraki army, which is now being led by the mother of dragons Daenerys (Emilia Clarke). Only the Dothraki army were seen on set at that particular time. The report states that the warriors will be preying on unsuspecting caravans; however, the owners of the caravans have yet to be revealed. Perhaps it belongs to Cersei or the Lannisters since another news outlet previously reported that the clan was seen marching with the caravans from Highgarden. Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) and Bronn (Jerome Flynn) were spotted in the scene.

Although HBO officially launched the first trailer for "Game of Thrones," the network has yet to announce the release date for season 7. It, however, is expected to launch sometime in the summer of 2017.
