'Ghost Recon: Wildlands' beta sign-ups now open; here's how to access the game
"Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands" is now available for beta playing, but players need to sign up immediately as there are only limited slots available. Players who do not make it to the first round of beta playing can try for more opportunities to follow soon.
The beta sign-ups come with a trailer to inform the players about what they need to accomplish. The trailer also shows the title's storyline, "Operation Kingslayers," in which players can discover how they can get the cartel.
"Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands" is an open-world game in which players can take control of an army composed of four men. In an article by Games Radar, the gameplay is somewhat similar to the hit games, "Assassin's Creed" and "Far Cry." The sequel, "Ghost Recon: Wildlands," has a unique offer since players can choose the objectives that they will pursue.
The title also has a multiplayer cooperative mode in which two to four players can work together to accomplish a mission. A player can also work alone with an artificial intelligence (AI) to control.
The beta version of "Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands" gives the players a first-hand experience of the team-based multiplayer platform. Those who want to sign up can visit the game's official website. First-time testers may need to confirm their age before they can successfully access the game.
Players who already have a Ubisoft account, or those who have already played games such as the "Assassin's Creed" or "Watch Dog 2," can readily get the game going. Otherwise, there are other ways such as signing up for a new account or linking the PSN to different social media accounts such as Facebook and even Xbox Live.
After signing up, players will choose the platform on which they will play the game and they will be given a download code. The message, "We will contact you via email if you are selected for our future beta phases," will be received after the sign-up is done. Players need to check their emails once in a while for the code.
"Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands" is scheduled to release on March 7, 2017.
