'Grey's Anatomy' season 13 spoilers: doctors visit a maximum security women's prison
Official details about the first episode of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 for 2017, which is episode 10, "You Can Look (But You'd Better Not Touch)."
The synopsis for the installment does not make mention of the issues from the previous episode and focuses only on the medical concern at hand.
In "Grey's Anatomy" season 13, episode 10, Bailey (Chandra Wilson), Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) and Jo (Camilla Luddington) will visit a maximum security women's prison but are confronted with an emergency.
It turns out that there is a 16-year-old girl there and she is pregnant. She is described in the synopsis as "violent" so helping her out might not be a walk in the park for the trio.
When "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 wrapped up for last year, Jo was in the face of the tough decision of testifying for Alex (Justin Chambers) and eventually being found by the abusive husband she has spent her years trying to get away from.
There are speculations that Deluca (Giacomo Gianniotti) will drop the charges to keep Jo and her secret safe. Show creator Shonda Rhimes was asked about this through TVLine.
She was queried as to what will fuel Deluca to let Alex be a free man, should that happen in "Grey's Anatomy" season 13. However, Rhimes declined to answer, which suggests that responding could get too spoilery.
Either way, Deluca's romantic feelings for Jo has everybody thinking that the return of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 will also relieve Alex of his predicament and possible prison time.
However, this would also mean Deluca is practically allowing Alex and Jo to be back in each other's arms unless of course, he makes a move and confesses. After all, Jo is unaware of Deluca's feelings for her at the moment.
"Grey's Anatomy" season 13, episode 10, "You Can Look (But You'd Better Not Touch)," airs Thursday, Jan. 19 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
