Actor Sean Gunn hints at Rocket Raccoon's (voiced by Alec Baldwin) emotional struggle as well as what to expect from the plot of the upcoming "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2."

Sean is an actor and brother to the movie's director, James Gunn. Sean is part of the cast and provides the movements of Rocket while the actors are filming on set.

Rocket struggles with his newfound family

In a recent interview with Comic Book during the Heroes and Villains Fan Fest event last week in Atlanta, Georgia, fans of the movie will see more of the characters and how they work hard on maintaining their newly built family.

Sean explained, "I heard my brother saying that the first movie was sort of about creating a family and the second movie is more about being a family and the struggle of maintaining that and I think that's spot on." He added that Rocket, most of all, will exude that aspect of the plot.

"There are a few relationships that are central to the theme of the movie and that really go towards keeping a family, and Rocket has the same sort of crisis of faith about whether or not he belongs in this family," he continued.

Ravagers questions Yondu's loyalty

Since the first trailer for "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" was revealed to the attendees of San Diego Comic-Con last July, it is known that Yondu (Michael Rooker) will again be working with Peter Quill a.k.a. Star-Lord (Chris Pratt).

Sean revealed that this will actually brew some tension between Yondu and the ranking file Ravagers. The latter will start to question Yondu's real motives and where his loyalty lies. The Ravagers will start feeling doubtful about Yondu for remaining lenient on Peter after the latter tricked him again with the Infinity Stone.

In other news, there has been a rave about that Easter egg that James Gunn has been teasing about. One fan confronted James about it through Facebook. The fan practically challenged the movie director saying that the Easter egg will never be revealed because there is no such thing. James took it well and returned the challenge, "If there is no Easter egg I will give you a hundred thousand dollars — copy this post — I will consider it a legally binding contract — signed, James Gunn."

"Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" is slated to hit the theaters on May 5, 2017.
