'Hawaii Five-0' season 7 episode 15 spoilers: Five-0 is at the threshold of another sanctuary when show returns in two weeks
Whenever Five-0 goes on a manhunt, one can bet that they will always get their man. But things may not be so simple in the next episode of "Hawaii Five-0."
CBS' long-running police procedural series set in The Aloha State will not be airing this week, but when it returns next Friday, Steve (Alex O'Louglin) and his team may once again have to get in the business of another Hawaiian community in search of a potential fugitive.
After almost clashing with the federal government in a bid to protect the sovereign Nation of Hawaii from police invasion, the Five-0 Task Force may well find themselves neck-deep in an old leprosy colony as they try to smoke out a former Nazi war criminal believed to have taken refuge there. The team derives this suspicion while investigating a murder case involving the illegal practice of shark finning.
Hawaii was the first American state to outlaw the possession, sale, trade, and distribution of shark fins through a bill signed by then Governor Linda Lingle in 2010. But just because it was made a law does not mean the practice is going to stop. But how does this continuing abuse of the state's marine life connect to a former Nazi war criminal?
It looks like Five-0 will have their plates full in the upcoming episode aptly titled "Ka pa'ani nui (Big Game)." Additionally, it'll be interesting to see each character's opinions and personal biases about the triple threat issues they will be faced with: shark finning, Nazi war crimes, and leprosy. Will any or all of them be a topic of Steve and Danny's (Scott Caan) signature "car-guments," where they very rarely, if not at all, agree on any single issue? And what troubles and obstructions will Five-0 have to face before they resolve the case of the week?
"Hawaii Five-0" season 7 episode 15 airs on Friday, Feb. 3, at 9 p.m. EST on CBS.
