'How to Get Away With Murder' season 3 episode 12 spoilers, news: Nate, Laurel discover detail that could help identify Wes' killer

Nate (Billy Brown) continues to investigate Wes' (Alfred Enoch) murder, and he along, with Laurel (Karla Souza), will discover something crucial about his death. Meanwhile, there is a conspiracy against Annalise (Viola Davis), and Bonnie (Liza Weil) is trying to get to the bottom of it.

In the upcoming 12th episode of "How to Get Away With Murder" season 3, titled "Go Cry Somewhere Else," Nate and Laurel will uncover something that will bring them one step closer to solving Wes' murder.

The episode synopsis reads, "Tensions in the courtroom run high, as the prosecution seeks to bring forth a new charge against Annalise. Meanwhile, Nate uncovers a crucial piece of information that could threaten his own innocence, as detectives call Oliver (Conrad Ricamora) in for questioning."

As seen in the episode 12 promo, Laurel asks Nate's help to see Wes' body, and it appears that they will find something unusual about his corpse.

Meanwhile, Bonnie is doing her best to uncover the conspiracy against Annalise.

In an interview with TV Guide, Weil shared that Bonnie is doing the best she can to uncover the conspiracy against Annalise while the clock is ticking.

"Bonnie is very much investigating this as much as she can. There's also a bit of a clock ticking for everything. ... I think she's doing the best she can under the circumstances. ... Right now, [the Mahoneys and Hannah] seem suspicious, but a new suspect could present themselves and then dissipate," Weil explained.

Weil also admitted that they already know who killed Wes. The actress added that none of the cast members were able to guess Wes' murderer and that they were all shocked about the identity of the killer.
