The DA might have enough evidence to put notorious lawyer Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) behind bars.

Previously in "How to Get Away With Murder" season 3, Annalise was arrested for arson and first-degree murder when the Keating house blew up from an explosion, and a dead Wes was found inside it.

Prior to that, Annalise was already under investigation by the DA's office regarding the death of Wes' ex-girlfriend, Rebecca (Katie Findlay).

When the series returns with episode 10, titled "We're Bad People," it seems like the DA has gathered enough intel — including the testimony of an anonymous tipper — to end her freedom and life as a lawyer.

The synopsis posted on The Futon Critic reads, "With Annalise in jail facing arson and first-degree murder charges, the D.A.'s office continues to build their case against her, and the police investigate what happened to Wes on the night of the house fire. Meanwhile, the Keating 4 try to cope with the devastating realization that one of their own is dead."

Meanwhile, the cast of "How to Get Away With Murder" shared with Entertainment Weekly who they think killed Wes (Alfred Enoch).

For on-screen lovers Karla Souza (who plays Laurel) and Enoch, they believe that the Mahoney family killed Wes for putting Charles (Wilson Bethel) behind bars for allegedly killing Wes' father, which was really done by Frank (Charlie Weber).

But according to Matt McGorry, who plays Asher as one of the Keating 5, Annalise may have played a part in Wes' death.

"I'm not a big theorizer, but if I just had to go off my first initial superficial response, I'd say probably Annalise. But that's just because I think that she ends up being sort of responsible for everything in some way," McGorry explained.

"How to Get Away With Murder" season 3 returns on Thursday, Jan. 19, at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
