HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle release date, specs news 2016: New smartphone along with HTC Desire 10 Pro expected to arrive next month

HTC has been involved in several rumors and speculations with regard to its future developments and releases. One of the widely known rumors these days is the company's involvement in the development of Google's next flagship smartphone. However, new reports suggest that the Taiwanese tech manufacturer is preparing to launch its own handsets under its Desire line.

According to a report by Tech Buffalo, press renders of the latest midrange smartphone entries from HTC have been leaked online. The devices are called HTC Desire Pro and HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle.

HTC used to dominate the smartphone market before competitors Apple and Samsung decided to up the ante and take over the market. HTC released the HTC One M7 three years ago. During that time, it was considered as the first smartphone with an Android operating system to challenge the mighty iPhone. The device did pretty well in the market and garnered positive reviews from users all over the world. 

Following the success of the HTC One M7, the company released amazing smartphones such as the HTC One M8, HTC One M9 and the latest HTC 10. Although the company has yet to top the success they had with HTC One M7, HTC did not stop releasing smartphones with impressive specs and features.

Meanwhile, the rumors about the company's new press renders started when popular tech tipster Evan Blass published an article about it through Venture Beat.

According to the report, the upcoming HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle will carry a 5.5-inch screen with 720 x 1280 HD display. The device will arrive with a pre-installed Android 6.0 Marshmallow and the company's very own Android skin, the HTC sense. It will also run on a Snapdragon processor from Qualcomm paired with either 3 GB or 2 GB of random access memory (RAM).

On the other hand, reports about the HTC Desire 10 Pro have yet to emerge online. However, it is rumored to have better specs and features than the Desire 10 Lifestyle.

Both the HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle and Desire 10 Pro are rumored to come out late next month. However, the company has yet to confirm these reports.
