Apple has been rolling out updates for the iOS 10 pretty fast and this fast-paced updating has made a lot of changes to the smartphones' system apps, especially with its security features. Recent reports say that the latest OS version is facing compatibility and security features with its bot assistant, Siri.

All Apple device owners know for a fact that Siri has been a huge help in keeping all things easy. The personal assistant can do pretty much everything from opening apps to even finding a specific information on the net.

However, Apple users are currently faced with issues especially when they ask the question "Who Am I?" to which the bot automatically respond by giving out the user's personal information, which may pose security risks. When asked the question, Siri would start looking for the iPhone information and start to give out the user's contact number.

This will give a hacker a chance to get the information from the user. Once the phone number is given away, the hacker takes advantage of FaceTime using a different device to get into the user's handset. Therefore, by just accessing the messages through the VoiceOver, it welcomes an attacker to penetrate into the user's device, according to Gizmodo. In fact, one letter type in the message already has a list of the user's contacts.

The flaw has yet to be resolved, but for now, Apple users may want to disable Siri for the time being. This can be done by accessing the General menu in the Settings. Once there, access the Passcode Lock and disable the "Allow Access When Locked" for Siri.

Apple has released iOS 10 updates at a fast pace and they may have overlooked this one tiny risk. However, on the brighter side, the updates have secured that no iOS 10 jailbreak tool will come out effective. This has been proven as no hacking team has released an iOS 10 jailbreak tool until now.
