iOS 10 jailbreak release date news update: Pangu to release new jailbreak tool soon?

Jailbreak users remain hopeful for the release of a new iOS 10 jailbreak tool from the Chinese programming team Pangu since the beta version of Luca Todesco's Yalu jailbreak tool reportedly has limited capabilities.

Reports claim that the Apple device users using the latest iOS 10 mobile operating system (OS) who want to get their gadgets jailbroken should wait for a more stable jailbreak tool, since the current beta stage of the Yalu tool only has limited support.

According to iDownloadBlog, there are only a number of devices that can work with the Luca Todesco jailbreak tool since it can only accommodate the iOS 10.1 and iOS 10.1.1-running iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus products, as well as the iOS 10.0.1 and the iOS 10.1.1 running iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone SE, as well as the iPad Pro.

However, Todesco announced on Twitter that he could add a jailbreak support for iPhone 5s and iPhone 6 in the future, but it is not their priority at the moment.

The Yalu jailbreak tool is also reportedly not fully compatible yet with Cydia, which means that it will not yet work with a number of jailbreak apps and tweaks at the moment. This means that downloading the tool at this point could not help most of the jailbreak users.

But according to Neurogadget, Pangu is already working on their next tool that will fit all the jailbreaking needs of Apple device users. But the Chinese developers must move fast since the Cupertino-based tech firm is also planning to update the iOS firmware to version 10.2 in the coming days. This means that those who will update the next iOS 10 version could no longer take advantage of all the jailbreak support from Pangu's upcoming tool if the new mobile operating system will be released ahead of time.

Pangu has yet to announce the release of their iOS 10 jailbreak support soon.
