Karrueche Tran and Chris Brown News: Still in Love With Him Even Though He Cheated on Her?

Karrueche Tran still loves Chris Brown even after she discovered that he had fathered a child with their mutual friend Nia Amey and subsequently left him.

The 26-year-old model made this clear during an interview by Iyanla Vanzant on OWN TV on Saturday.

Tran said she found out about the now nine-month-old girl via social media and realized that the 25-year-old Brown had cheated on her.

She said Brown had sent her text messages asking that they meet so that he could explain his side on the issue after she found out that he had a daughter named Royalty. But she said she did not want to talk to him anymore.

"This hurt because the man I loved betrayed me and I will never again let a man disrespect me," Tran said.

Tran said she agreed to be interviewed so that she could explain her side of the story, pointing out that she has no plans to reconcile with Brown even though he has apologized and sent her flowers and even though she still loves him.

Tran and Brown split up and reconciled several times in the past.

Tran said when she first started dating Brown in 2011 after his assault on Rihanna, she knew what type of man he was, but did not want to believe it. She said she encouraged Brown to "go to church, pray, do yoga and meditate."

"If he wanted to change, we'd be in a better place," she said.

As for the 27-year-old Rihanna, who was also involved with Brown in what became a messy love triangle, Tran said she found out about her during Christmas 2012 when she saw them at courtside during a basketball game.

Tran said a few hours before she saw them, Brown had told her that he had to leave her for a short time. She later discovered that he went to accompany Rihanna to the game. Prior to this she said she thought that Brown was only "friendly" with Rihanna.
