The Nexus 6 has a powerful 3 GB RAM. As for their inner workings, the might of the Nexus 6 comes from its Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset with a 2.7 GHz Quad-core CPU and an Adreno 420 GPU. LG G3 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset, a 2.5 GHz Quad-core, and an Adreno 330 GPU.
It may be too early to tell, but feature for feature, Google's Motorola Nexus 6 could be the winning bet over the LG G3.
