MacBook Pro 2016 release date and specs rumors: New laptop to come out in June; Device boosts superior specs?
The upcoming MacBook Pro 2016 has been a hot topic of several rumors and speculations all over the internet. The annual Apple event is slated to happen in June, which introduces several new Apple products. There are speculations that the MacBook Pro 2016 will be one of the highlights of the WWDC 2016. According to reports, the laptop will be powered by Intel's impressive Skylake processors. Apple has already used the processor on its latest refreshed MacBook 2016 and the company claimed that it performs 25 percent more compared to its predecessor.
The current MacBook Pro was released in 2015, it runs on Broadwell and Haswell chips. The upgrades on the upcoming MacBook Pro 2016 will include a new battery feature, which helps users to run the laptop for about10 hours.
Previous rumors suggest that Apple will soon end the MacBook Air line and will be replaced by MacBook Pro. There are reports saying that the refreshed model of MacBook Air, which came out last year, is the last model of the line.
Meanwhile, in a report by Game N Guide, Philip Schiller, Apple Senior Vice President, said that fans will surely be treated with new features and superior specs on the new MacBook Pro 2016.
"Customers are going to love this update to MacBook, with the latest processors, faster graphics, faster flash storage, longer battery life and a beautiful rose gold finish," said the Apple boss.
There are also rumors suggesting that the new device will come with a much improved and brighter Retina Display technology. It is said that there will be two variants of the laptop, which differ in size – 13 and 15 inches.
As of now, fans are still waiting for Apple to give official details of the upcoming device.
