Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Release Date: Surface Pro 3 Price Cut Sparks Rumors of New Device Launch

The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is currently being offered at significantly lower prices with discounts reaching up to $150. The price cuts are available for customers throughout the United States and Puerto Rico from April 19 to 27.

The base model of the Surface Pro 3 is available for $799. It is powered by Intel Core i3 and has 64 GB storage and 4 GB of RAM.

The other model featuring Intel Core i5 with 128 GB of storage and 4 GB of RAM is available at $899 after a discount of $100 from the original retail price of $999.

Originally priced at $1,299, the model featuring Intel Core i5, 256 GB of storage and 8 GB RAM can now be purchased for $1,149 after a $150 discount.

The model featuring Intel Core i5, 256 GB of storage and 8 GB RAM is currently priced at $1,149, compared to its previous retail price of $1,299.

The Intel Core i7 edition loaded with 256 GB storage and 8 GB of RAM is also discounted by $150 and can be availed for $1,399. Original price is $1,549.

The highest configuration model with Intel Core i7, 512 GB storage and 8 GB of RAM is now available for $1,649 from the original price of $1,799 , a reduction of $150. All editions come with free sleeves.

Such price cuts fuel speculations that the Surface Pro 4 will be revealed at the end of this month during the Microsoft Build Conference 2015 event that will start on April 29 and end on May 1. Production is expected to begin in June. The Surface Pro 4 will be released with Windows 10 in the second half of the year, according to International Business Times.

The Surface Pro 4 will reportedly become the most advanced tablet when it is released. It will run on the latest Windows 10 OS and will be available in two versions. Users can choose between the 12-inch mid-range spec version and the 14-inch high-range spec version. Both versions will feature a resolution of 2160 x 1440.
