'My Little Pony: Legend of Everfree' release date news 2016: Hasbro releases movie's official soundtrack

Characters like Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Apple Jack and Rarity are coming back to "My Little Pony: Legend of Everfree" for a whole new season on Netflix. The movie showcases some original songs and the soundtrack has officially been released by Hasbro for all fans to enjoy.

According to ComicBook.com, the music is produced by Emmy-nominated composer Daniel Ingram. The songs features both ensemble and solo performances from all the characters. 

Executive Vice President and Chief Content Officer of Hasbro Studios Stephen Davis said that a lot of "My Little Pony" fans love the "Equestria Girls" series on Netflix. He added, "The songs Daniel Ingram has written for the cast of 'Legend of Everfree' are better than ever and the performances are wonderful. The soundtrack is a fantastic way for fans to get into the 'Equestria Girls' spirit ahead of the fourth movie's premiere on Netflix in October."

The soundtrack of the film includes "Legend of Everfree" performed by Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Apple Jack, Rarity, Fluttershy, Pinkipe Pie and Sunset Shimmer. There is also a solo song called "The Midnight in Me" by Twilight Sparkle. TS also gets another solo by the name of "Legend You are Meant to be."

Other characters also have their own solo songs in the soundtrack. Sunset Shimmer got "Embrace the Magic" and Gloriosa Daisy sang "We Will Stand for Everfree." The soundtrack also has another ensemble track by the whole cast called "Hope Shines Eternal."

Fans who want to get the digital album of the soundtrack from "My Little Pony Equestria Girls: Legend of Everfree" can find it on Apple Music, Google Play, Amazon and iTunes.

A lot of fans are waiting for "My Little Pony: Legend of Everfree" and it comes to Netflix this coming Oct. 1.
