'Naruto Shippuden' episodes 486, 487 spoilers: Uchiha and Chinoike clans' surviving members battle it out before holiday hiatus
Now that Fuushin has finally revealed himself to Sasuke, what comes next in the upcoming episode of the Japanese anime series, "Naruto Shippuden"?
The recently concluded episode 486 revealed that Fuushin was none other than Nowaki, one of Sasuke's new travelling companions, which means that Chino, the childlike girl he has been with could also be more than who she claimed to be.
Episode 487 titled "The Ketsuryugan" will reportedly reveal the story behind the exploding humans, and Chino's lingering hatred for the villages that refused to raise a finger when her clan, the Chinoike, was slaughtered. This would explain her utter surprise when Sasuke saved her from an exploding human in the previous episode, since she had also always had a bad impression of the Uchiha clan for the part they played in the Chinoike's exile.
It will also be revealed that Chino herself possesses the Ketsuryugan, the visual jutsu that makes her capable of manipulating human blood, and is thus responsible for the creation of the exploding humans. An explosive battle awaits Sasuke as Fuushin and Chino bear down on him in next chapter of Sasuke's ongoing arc. Will Chino ever learn to forgive Sasuke, whose only fault is that he's an Uchiha? And will Sasuke ever find out if his beloved brother, Itachi, knew about the Uchiha's involvement in the Chinoike's persecution?
According to Saiyan Island, there are two more remaining episodes in Sasuke's arc, which brings the episode total to five as opposed to previous assumptions that there would only be four. Episode 487 will be airing next week on Thursday, Dec. 22, at 7:30 p.m. on TV Tokyo, while the conclusive chapter titled "Sasuke's Story: Sunrise, Part 5: The Last Man" will air next year on Jan. 5, 2017 after a one-week hiatus.
The next arc based on the light novel "Shikamaru Hiden: A Cloud Drifting in Silent Darkness" will begin on Jan. 12 next year.
