'New Girl' season 6 episode 13 spoilers: Jess struggles to find the perfect vice principal

The lofties' careers are in full swing in the next episode of "New Girl."

Titled "Cece's Boys," episode 13 of the FOX comedy series' sixth season will feature newly appointed school principal Jess (Zooey Deschanel) struggling to find herself the perfect vice principal. But in the course of the hiring process, she comes to acknowledge the fact that making decisions, especially those that could alter a person's life, may not be her strongest suit.

What type of candidates will she be dealing with, and what characteristics will ultimately inspire her final decision? Will being the new principal suit her just fine, or will the challenges she faces end up changing her mind?

Meanwhile, Cece's newfound career path will also be going full steam ahead as she enlists Jess and Reagan's (Megan Fox) help to recruit new models for her agency, aptly called "Cece's Boys" owing to some quick thinking on Schmidt's (Max Greenfield) part. With a newly furnished home office, an inherent ability to inspire, and two friends to help her pick out the best models to represent her brand, has Cece finally found her niche in the professional world?

And while the girls are toiling away, the boys will be treated to a surprise spa treatment. How will their day go, and what could they have done to deserve such a relaxing treat? What realizations will cross their mind, and how will this experience affect them individually?

A source had observed the contrasting ways of how the writer of the episode dealt with two of the relationships in the show, that of Nick (Jake Johnson) and Reagan, and of Robby (Nelson Franklin) and Jess. While the latter seemed to skirt around their relationship issues, the former, who are both known for being notoriously self-protective, have gradually been opening themselves up to their individual vulnerabilities and have been nothing but honest with each other.

Does this mean that Nick has finally found a life partner in Reagan and that there is no more chance of reigniting the romance he once shared with Jess?
