The Mi Note will ship with the Android v4.4.4 KitKat operating system while the Nexus 6 has the latest 5.0 Lollipop. The Mi Note has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 801chipset, Quad-core 2.5 GHz Krait 400 CPU and Adreno 330 GPU, while the Nexus 6 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset, Quad-core 2.7 GHz Krait 450 CPU and Adreno 420 GPU.
Memory
Both the Nexus 6 and the Mi Note do not have memory card slots. Hence, no external storage can be added. In terms of RAM, the Mi Note and the Nexus 6 both have 3 GB versions.
Camera
As for their cameras, the Nexus 6 has a 13 megapixel version with optical image stabilization at its rear while the Mi Note has a similar shooter but minus the optical image stabilization.

The unlocked Nexus 6 is priced at $648 although it can also be purchased at $250 with a two-year contract. The Mi Note's full retail price is rumored to be around $399.
