'Orphan Black' Season 3 Premiere Date, Spoilers: Latest Cast News Out
Fans are definitely excited to see "Orphan Black" episodes again on their screens, but it looks like it will still be a few months before we all witness the next Clone Club meeting. No official dates have been released as of yet but rumor has it that it will be in the Spring of 2015.
Last October, BBC released the official synopsis for the new season of "Orphan Black," which read: "Season 3 plunges the clone sisterhood into unexpected territory with the realization that they're not alone. Just when they thought they knew their enemies and allies, season three reveals our clones are more vulnerable than ever before. Highly trained, identical male-soldiers raise more questions than answers. Who are these new clones? Who created them? And more importantly, why do they exist?"
"Sarah, Cosima, Alison and Helena are stronger together than they are apart, but this season will put that bond to the test. Will they forge towards their truth, or fall at the feet of those that seek to control them?"
As for the cast, Tatiana Maslany will have her recurring roles as clones, Dylan Bruce will be playing as Paul, Jordan Gavaris as Felix, Maria Doyle Kennedy as Mrs. S, Kristian Bruun as Donnie, Skyler Wexler as Kira, Michiel Huisman as Cal, Evelyne Brochu as Delphine and Kevin Hanchard as Art.
Other characters who will return include Michelle Forbes who will play as Dr. Marian Bowles and Zoe De Grand Maison as Gracie.
As for new cast members, James Frain of "Intruders" and "Grimm" will play the role of Ferdinand, a well-educated "cleaner"; Earl Pastko will play as Ferdinand's assistant and personal bodyguard; Kyra Harper of "Warehouse 13" as Dr. Coady, a doctor and a military advisor; Ksenia Solo of "Lost Girl" and "Life Unexpected" as Shay, a compassionate healer; Justin Chatwin of "Shameless" as Jason Kellerman, a drug dealer; and Patrick Adams as Jesse, Helena's love interest.
