'Overwatch' DLC release date news 2016: Upcoming DLC featuring Sombra to be released in October

Many people are wondering which contents will be included in the next DLC update of "Overwatch." There is no announcement yet from Blizzard Entertainment regarding the new downloadable content pack for the action role-playing game (ARPG), although the rumors are rife that the next DLC pack will be the vehicle to formally introduce Sombra in the game.

There are more hints suggesting that the new DLC pack of "Overwatch" is fast approaching, and it still appears that Sombra will indeed be included in the next content pack. According to iTech Post, the hints of Sombra's arrival in "Overwatch" are shown by the momentincrime website.

The site now shows 22 percent on its time counter, and according to the "Overwatch" observers, the counter increases by around 0.0038 percent every three minutes. At this rate, it is expected that the counter will reach the full 100 percent by the 16^{th or 17^{th of October, and by then, the new "Overwatch" DLC featuring Sombra will arrive.}}

So far, the video game has not yet shown much about the mysterious character of Sombra, although her name was already mentioned on a few occasions. As of now, her real name and age are not yet known by the players, and with the rumored arrival of the character in the coming weeks, the interest about the character has been increasing by the day.

In an interview with the Eurogamer, "Overwatch" game director Jeff Kaplan revealed that they have already dropped many hints about Sombra in the game, and the players can expect more hints to come in the next few months. Still, there is still no confirmation if the character will finally be showcased through a special DLC pack in the near future, or if Sombra will finally be included in the game's roster and become a playable character.

Everything is still up in the air regarding the next DLC for "Overwatch," and as reported by Yibada, there is also a possibility that Sombra may not be featured right away in the next content pack. It is likely that another famous character, Athena, will come first before Sombra is formally introduced in the game.
