As the wait for "Prison Break" season 5 continues, the cast and crew help fans get by the long wait by sharing teasers and photos from the set.

Executive producer Vaun Wilmott ‏ shared images showing Sara Trancedi (Sarah Wayne Callies) on the monitor. The mother of one looks as if she just received good news.

Another image shows Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) behind bars, and he looks like he is mulling over finding a way to get to the other side, which he will be able to do come "Prison Break" season 5.

Show creator and producer Paul Scheuring also shared a photo showing Dominic Purcell on set and another providing a first look at Sheba (Inbar Lavi), a new character fans will meet in "Prison Break" season 5.

Sheba is an operator, who also happens to be a fixer and an activist. She will connect with Lincoln (Purcell) the closest, whether in a romantic way or not remains to be seen.

The photo shows Lavi along with co-star Rockmond Dunbar, who will be back as C-Note in "Prison Break" season 5, having a laugh with her workmates in between takes.

Sheba is just one of the new faces that fans will see in the limited series. Another is Rick Yune as Ja, a Korean identity thief with a disheveled appearance that "belies his genius."

Another is Augustus Prew, who will join "Prison Break" season 5 as Whip, a "funny, crazy" but "lethal" and sharp man whose business in the series is yet to be detailed.

Mark Feuerstein is also included in the series as Jacob, Sara's new husband, while TJ Ramini enters the picture as Cross, whose character is only known as being another prisoner that may have a bone to pick with T-Bag (Robert Knepper).

"Prison Break" season 5 premieres spring 2017 on FOX. A specific release date is yet to be designated.
