Samsung Galaxy Note 6 release date, specs news 2016: Confirmed with Bio Blue display?
Everyone is pretty excited about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 6. According to reports, the new iteration of the Samsung Galaxy Note series will carry superb specs and features that will surely take over the smartphone market once it hits the shelves.
Ever since the current Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge were released earlier this year, the focus of the fans has shifted to the development of Galaxy Note 6. It has been a subject of several rumors and speculations online. Despite Samsung's continued silence with regard to its development and release date, the rumors have remained rampant.
One interesting rumor is that the new phablet device will be called Samsung Galaxy Note 7 instead of Galaxy Note 6. According to reports, the idea is to make sure they do not confuse fans with the numbering as they also plan to use the hybrid device to compete with the upcoming release of Apple's iPhone 7.
According to Forbes, Samsung has created a User Agent (AA) Profile page on their website, which shows the codename, "SM-N930F." Previous models of the series such as Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note 5 were given the codenames SM-N910 and SM-N920 respectively. This only means one thing; the new codename is for the upcoming Galaxy Note 6 or Galaxy Note 7.
The publication added that the information on the website was already taken down by the South Korean tech giant. Tech observers believe that Samsung could be teasing its fans as they gear up for the release of the highly anticipated device.
Meanwhile, previous reports suggested that the device will come with 5.8-inch Super AMOLED screen with 2K or 2.5K display capability. There are also speculations saying that the company might use their Bio Blue technology on the upcoming device. However, this has yet to be confirmed by Samsung. The device will be powered by Snapdragon 821 processor from Qualcomm, along with 6 GB RAM.
