Samsung Galaxy Note 7 release date, price news: Color variants and other latest details
On Tuesday, Samsung announced its latest hybrid phablet, the Samsung Galaxy Note 7. The device will be released in all major markets across the world. Details about its release have already emerged on the Internet including pricing and the roll-out schedules in several countries.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 will start hitting the shelves on Aug. 19 in the U.S. with a price tag of $849. The highly anticipated handset will arrive in three color variation – black, silver and blue. Consumers can now preorder the device, while several U.S. carriers have already started offering it including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, U.S. Cellular and Sprint. Buyers can also go to different retailers such as BestBuy.com, Car Toys, Amazon, Target, Sam's Club and several Walmart stores across the country.
In the U.K., the device will start rolling out on Sept 2 with a price tag of £749 or $971. Color variations include black, gold and blue. The silver colored Galaxy Note 7 is said to follow later with its own release date schedule. According to reports, consumers can start the preorder on Aug. 16. Vodafone, EE, O2 and Three have already announced that they will be offering the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 on its release date.
Countries such as Australia, Canada and Korea will have the same launch schedule as the U.S. on Aug. 19. On the other, Consumers from China will not be able to get their hands on the handset until Sept. 2; however, some details of the release have yet to be provided by the South Korean tech giant.
Prior to its announcement, Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has been a favorite subject of numerous rumors and speculations all over the internet. There were contradicting reports with regard to its development and release date; however, tech observers believe that the hybrid device will become one of the most successful releases in 2016.
