Rumor has it that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8 will feature specs under the hood that are more powerful than its predecessor. According to a report by Patently Mobile, the handset will come with great features such as the triple-camera system and a better iris scanning technology.

In a series of leaked images published by Ubergizmo, Samsung's next Galaxy Note iteration will certainly come with iris scanner. Tech observers predict that the technology will most likely be featured on the upcoming Galaxy S8.

The photos also demonstrate how users will configure the feature during its first set up. According to the publication the face of the user must be 25-35 cm away from the device.

Although Samsung has yet to provide any official statement with regard to the rumor, many fans believe that it is only a matter of time before the Korean tech giant makes an announcement.

Meanwhile, previous reports suggested that the Samsung Galaxy S8 will arrive next year with full 4K support. The improved display technology will definitely be useful once the VR system takes over the market.
