For a lot of people, photography is an art and using smartphones to capture images simply won't do. However, using a professional-grade camera may be too complicated. To cater to this particular group of consumers, Sony has introduced the Cyber-shot HX350, a high-zoom camera that produces impressive pictures and videos.

The Sony Cyber-shot HX350 features a 20.4-megapixel Exmor-R CMOS sensor that delivers illuminated photos even in low light situations. With the BIONZ X image processor, the camera also enables true color reproduction, improved noise reduction and a faster burst mode. It is up to three times more powerful than the previous BIONZ processor.

Users also won't have to worry about being too far away from the intended subject as the camera is equipped with the ZEISS Vario-Sonnar T* lens with 50x optical zoom. Photos also have rich details and contrast. The Optical SteadyShot feature prevents camera shake even when zoomed in at the highest setting. There is also automatic autofocus that adjusts the frame depending on movement of the subject. This ensures precise and clear results.

The Cyber-shot HX350 is very easy to use even for beginners. It has an ergonomic grip and buttons that are easy to reach. Notable features include an accessible mode dial, the 3-inch Xtra Fine LCD WhiteMagic display with a 921k-dot resolution and an electronic viewfinder for framing and composing shots.

Sony's new digital camera also has the capability to shoot Full HD 1080p movies. With the Optical SteadyShot Intelligent Active Mode with five-axis image stabilization, there is no shake even if the photographer is walking or the camera is zoomed in.

Interesting camera effects include Motion Shot Video wherein a moving subject is displayed in a sequence of superimposed images in a single background. Furthermore, the Cyber-shot HX350 comes built-in with Picture Effects which eliminates the need for post-processing or the use of other software.

To showcase the captured images and videos, the camera can be connected to a 4K Ultra HD TV. TRILUMINOS color technology ensures that images are vivid and lifelike.

The Sony Cyber-shot HX350 is currently available to purchase in the United Kingdom for €450 which is about $470.
