What has "Teen Mom 2" stars been up to? Well, one recently shared a pregnancy update while another one shared her journey towards a cleaner life.

A few days ago, MTV reality star Chelsea Houska announced over Instagram that she is officially halfway through her second pregnancy. The 25-year-old mom-to-be posted a photo of her baby bump, captioning it, "Half way there." She closed the caption by saying, "I swear my belly is growing by the minute!"

Chelsea is currently 20 weeks pregnant and says she's enjoying every bit of her pregnancy, most especially feeling her baby kick. However, the reality TV star and her fiancé, Cole DeBoer, are keeping mum about the baby's gender.

Some fans surmised they guessed the gender right after Chelsea shared pictures of her baby merchandise on Snapchat, claiming the color scheme of the purchases was a dead giveaway of the baby's gender. Nevertheless, Chelsea insisted they shopped for the items even before the doctor told them what they were having.

Chelsea and Cole's baby is arriving in Feb. 2017. However, Chelseas already has a 7-year-old daughter, Aubree, with her ex Adam Lind.

Meanwhile, another "Teen Mom 2" star, Leah Messer, announced via Instagram that she's ready to start living a healthier and cleaner life. In a recent post, Leah shared a video of a burning pack of cigarettes, which she captioned, "So over this bad habit!!! It's not healthy for me or my household. What role model for my daughters would I be to keep smoking? So I'm finally saying goodbye to cigarettes!"

Some fans lauded her for her conviction, but others are skeptical and think she can't stay true to her word. A recent report notes that the 24-year-old reality TV star has already been caught lying to her supporters before, and she can do it again. The report further speculates that Leah's decision to "quit" was merely a part of "Teen Mom 2" season 7B's storyline.
