'Teen Wolf' season 6 episode 6 spoilers: a mysterious woman may reveal Stiles' whereabouts

Stiles' (Dylan O'Brien) friends continue to search for him even if they have to go through a lot of frightening encounters. "Teen Wolf" season 6 episode 6 was supposed to be shown on Dec. 20, but MTV moved the air date to Jan. 3.

Fans were disappointed about the episode delay, but the hype for "Teen Wolf" has not died down. This is due to its addicting storyline that has got the fans wondering if Stiles will ever make it out alive, or be in the world of forgotten forever.

The promo trailer shows that Stiles' best friend, Scott (Tyler Posey), continues to search for him alongside Malia (Shelley Hennig) and Lydia (Holland Roden). The three will travel to Canaan and discover that the place is already abandoned. While navigating the place, they will meet a strange lady who seems to be glad of their arrival.

"Visitors, I can't believe we have visitors," says the mysterious woman to the trio. The scene suddenly changes to the woman becoming enraged.

The promo trailer also shows Lydia with her strange dream of people disappearing in a cloud of smoke. She tells her dream to the group and said that in her dream, people were on a carousel and mysteriously disappear "in a cloud of smoke."

In a report by IB Times, Lydia is set to enter a new mysterious world, though it was not disclosed where and what it is. The only hint that viewers rely on is the scene in which Lydia is seen washing her hands and when she lifts up her head to see the mirror, the strange woman appeared. With deep curiosity, she places her hand on the mirror and she suddenly gets dragged into a new world.

Now, fans are wondering about the role of the strange woman in Lydia and Stiles' situation. All these will be revealed when the next episode of "Teen Wolf" airs at 8:00 p.m. on Jan. 3 at the MTV channel.
