'Teen Wolf' season 6 episode 6 spoilers: Stiles' search party reaches abandoned town
Scott (Tyler Posey), Lydia (Holland Roden) and Malia (Shelley Hennig) will follow Stiles' (Dylan O'Brien) lead in their search for their missing friend when "Teen Wolf" returns for the second half of season 6.
In the midseason finale, Stiles managed to successfully send a message to his friends through the train station radio system even if the Ghost Riders did everything to prevent him from contacting the people who used to know him. Before he lost connection, he managed to tell them to find a place called Canaan. And it seems like the pack will head in that direction when the supernatural series returns after its winter hiatus.
Based on the trailer for the upcoming episode titled "Ghosted," Scott, Lydia, and Malia will find out that Canaan looks like an abandoned town upon roaming around the area.
The pack also met a lone woman who seems to be excited to see other people in her deserted town. But after talking with her, the three realized that the woman is a banshee. At the end of the trailer, the strange woman appears to be angered when the three started asking questions.
Meanwhile, Roden revealed through an interview with ScreenerTV that there could be an explanation why she can still remember something about Stiles even if the Ghost Riders erased him from the memory of those who love him.
According to Roden, Lydia might have a more mysterious power to sense that something is not right. "Hopefully, maybe it is because they have some unspoken, otherworldly connection between the two of them, but you'll have to stay tuned as to exactly why — is it assuming her banshee powers? That she is just one of his friends? Or in fact something more?" the actress stated.
MTV will release the second half of "Teen Wolf" season 6 on Tuesday, January 3, 2017.
