'Teen Wolf' season 6 news, spoilers: Malia tortures her father to get intel; the pack attempts to invade the rift to save Stiles

Malia (Shelley Hennig) will be spending some time with her father, Peter (Ian Bohen), but it won't be a happy father–daughter time. Meanwhile, the pack will decide to enter the rift to save Stiles (Dylan O'Brien).

Previously on "Teen Wolf" season 6, Peter was able to escape the rift — and leave Stiles behind — by passing through the portal where the Ghost Riders come and go. He made it out alive, but he is burned by the portal from head and to toe.

In episode 7, Malia will come to her father to gather information about the rift and the Ghost Riders. Peter will put on a hard front, but Malia is willing to go to great lengths in bringing her father more pain if he doesn't cooperate.

Meanwhile, Scott (Tyler Posey) and Liam (Dylan Sprayberry) are planning to capture a Ghost Rider.

Scott and Liam will be asking Theo (Cody Christian) for his help. Theo was last seen in season 5 being dragged by his dead sister into the ground. But Liam will be pulling him up from the ground, although Scott isn't sure if Theo can be trusted after his attempt at taking away Scott's pack and alpha status.

In episode 8, titled "Blitzkrieg," which will air on Jan. 17, it seems that the pack's effort and research about the Ghost Riders will bring them to enter the rift themselves to save Stiles.

Meanwhile, Liam will also be busy in uncovering the truth about Mr. Douglas' (Pete Ploszek) true intentions.

"Liam, Hayden (Victoria Moroles) and Mason (Khylin Rhambo) make a deal with Theo to learn Douglas' plan," the synopsis read.

Aside from that, a new monster has appeared in Beacon Hills. Although the ferocious being went head to head with a Ghost Rider, there is no guarantee that he will not cause more problems for Scott and his pack.
